Hello Potential Roommate! Our current roomie got engaged and we're looking for her replacement. About Us: Alicia -- 27 F; grew up in the Fountain Valley/HB area. Works full time (M-F 8-5) in aviation sales/marketing for a company in Irvine. Goes out of town a few times a year for work trips, but doesn't have to travel too much. Rent -- $1195/month (only $200 deposit!) Carport that we share first come/first serve. Parking is never an issue though. Community pool + Jacuzzi + grills On-site laundry (plus a laundry service if you're feeling lazy!) Room -- Large master bedroom with private bathroom. LARGE mirrored closets. Unfurnished. Recently painted ALL the rooms this month & carpets cleaned 2 months ago. First level, so it's easy to move into. Air conditioned, although we rarely have to use it. Location -- Awesome! Close enough to ride bikes to back bay or 17th street. Tons of great food nearby. Easy access to freeways. About You: Young professional female in late 20s/early 30s Cool/normal/fun/active Done with your crazy partying stage Common sense, mutual respect, golden rule following type of person Stable income/full time job out of the house with no problem paying for rent/bills/household items Someone who enjoys the occasional wine/movie nights with us and doesn't stay in their room with the door closed the whole time. Generally, keep things clean & wash your dishes Bonus points if you have a large couch you want to bring!
